Delivery did not take place. Should take 50 minutes, still not there after 2 hours. Can only be reached by phone after 2.5 hours. Order canceled, reimbursement via PayPal was only made one day later after I reported the conflict to PayPal. Service is different. In the past it always worked out well and the food was great. I would have expected compensation here, too bad.

Giant pizzas! Especially the half / half option is great :) You get really lost in the pizza craze - in a positive sense: D

So actually we like to eat there. But never again to take away .. We ordered pizza and pasta today. For one thing, we got the wrong pizza or half of the ingredients were simply missing. The pizza was dry, just didn't taste good. The pasta wasn't even half the portion you usually get in a restaurant. That was really sad. Just not worth it at all.

Great ambience, good music, very friendly and attentive service and a very tasty pizza. Maybe it took a little long, but it was worth it and therefore still the top grade from me.

Super local !!!! On the second day the service already knew what we were drinking and the food was delicious as usual. Great ambience !!!!! Always my pleasure. Parking nearby.

Super tasty pizza, huge with a very thin base. Salad is also very tasty (house dressing). In general, everything is very tasty. For me the music is too loud, which means that everyone speaks louder and thus creates a certain background noise.

The place has de facto potential to become my next favorite place and it is actually very stylish. No cheap decoration, instead the colors were very nicely coordinated. All dishes are nicely arranged and are always served warm. The waitresses are extremely personable and extremely obliging every time. That makes us absolutely happy with every visit.

The food is good the only thing that is not good is the boss. I decided to stop working on this site, I had to turn to lawyers, because they didn't pay me everything that belonged to me. I'm not a German citizen and the boss wanted to take advantage of this situation.

Good pizza. Table was too small. Friendly staff. Good ambience only the bistro set with table and chair are not comfortable and the table still had stains from previous guests. But the positive outweighs.

Delicious food and attentive service. I always find it very beneficial when the waitress sees that the drink is almost empty and asks directly if you want the same thing again. Top.

Our girls had reserved a table, but still had to wait 20 minutes! And that seems to be the order of the day here, as you read in the reviews! Hello Were their guests to eat on Saturday (05.09.20). Very nice ambience. Delicious MEGA PIZZEN? but also the other dishes such as bruschetta are really good. There is only a small (-) when asking for drinks Did we have to speak to the waiter about it that evening, unfortunately not asked by ourselves? But otherwise ... keep it up ?

Highly recommended, the extraordinary thing is the attention given to drinks. In many places you sit on dry land after your first drink, not here! The food is great, the taste is very successful. Really recommended for a "chain". Good ambience! Keep up the good work and service keep going.

Great pizza. The pizza is really delicious. The base is nice and thin, crispy and very tasty. The toppings are also properly topped with fresh and good ingredients. The restaurant is very large and the toilets are clean. The staff is friendly, quick and knows what they're doing. One point deduction for the operator. Even good, hardworking staff must be available in sufficient numbers, especially in such a large restaurant. When we visited, the restaurant was almost half full and the staff was on the verge of being possible.

Prices are okay for the size of the Pizza, but if you really want to eat a good pizza and support a local Italian restaurant, you rather go to New York New York. I missed the fresh and juicyness on my salami pizza. Too much dough and 'red'. But a bit better than an average pizza. Prices are too high for that. Ambiente was ok.

Having been a regular customer at other L’osteria franchises around Germany, I was very much looking forward to the opening of the branch in Oldenburg. However, I was sorely disappointed. The L’osteria at Oldenburg is terribly managed. Even during non-peak hours, the service is often incompetent and unfriendly. In one of our first few visits, me and my partner ordered one drink, two pasta dishes and one Leitungswasser and were told by a server that it was impossible to have tap water in the restaurant. It was only after we spoke to three different employees including the manager that we were finally served a glass of water with our food. We also had a bad experience with another server earlier today who scolded us as if we were schoolchildren for sitting on a table for four (even though the restaurant was barely half-filled at the time and nobody had offered to seat us). The food is at times good and in keeping with the standards maintained in other branches. But at other times mysterious ingredients show up in dishes where they don’t belong or is inexcusably underseasoned. Consistency is not a virtue of this restaurant. Will not willingly return and won’t recommend others to go either. This is not how the service industry is meant to function.
